New Business

We strive to make the new business process as easy and as transparent as possible for you. When applications are submitted our New Business processing team will keep regular contact with you to ensure everything is in order and applications and pension transfers can be processed as efficiently as possible.

Our requirements differ depending on whether you are setting up an Australian Expatriate Superannuation Fund or our NZ PIE Superannuation Fund.

If you are submitting an application to AESF on behalf of your client, you must complete the following AESF Forms:

NOTE: You cannot DocuSign the Transfer Request and Declaration form.

Please also provide us with the following:

  1. Original UK Transfer Discharge Forms (Signed by the member)
  2. The member’s Identification Documents – Certified Copy of a passport or Driving license and 2 Utility bills (The UK Scheme provider requires two different Utility Bills)
