IVCM – Responding to the Corona Virus (COVID-19)
As we are witnessing a fast development and global spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our staff, our clients and partners and the communities we serve, remains our highest priority. As such we have taken action in the following areas to try, as best as possible, to minimize the spread of this virus.
IVCM – Responding to the Corona Virus (COVID-19)
STAFF TRAVEL
For personal staff travel, all staff will be required to enter into self-quarantine for 14 days upon their return. A negative PCR test or DPI test will also be required.
OFFICE VISITS/MEETINGS
During this period, any required face to face meetings will be arranged virtually via Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business or Zoom meetings.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY
IVCM maintains business continuity and disaster recovery plans focusing both on preventing outage through redundancy of telecommunications, systems and business operations, and on rapid recovery strategies in the event of an availability or performance issue. Whenever situations occur that can have an impact on our clients, it is our focus to ensure that we take all appropriate measures to address the issue.
We will continue to monitor the impact of Covid-19 closely and should matters change, we will provide you with an update.
As with all our staff, we also encourage you to stay safe and do not underestimate the importance of good hygiene to reduce the risk and spread of this virus. This includes frequent washing of your hands and avoids touching your face and mouth.
If you have any concerns regarding the above that you would like to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact us
